Voyageurs:
Reminder, All Officers must have their dues paid before assuming their office, Locale, Grande or National! All members are required to have their dues paid by October 20 each year. National Constitution ARTICLE V Section 12 refers. We still have NINE (9) Locales that have not submitted ANY membership this year. There are some National and Grand Officers (including Past Grand Chef's) included in those Locales.
I suspect those Transmittals are in the mail! Please don't prove me wrong!
