If you don't file the IRS 990-N form for your Locale, please pass this info to that individual. REMEMBER, Congress has recently passed legislation authorizing an additional 80,000 IRS agents who will need work. That may involve looking at your annual filings. Don't be caught and jeopardize your non-profit standing!
