The Scrapbook Contest!
   "A picture is worth a thousand words", might be a common expression. However without the pictures, there can be no expression.

   The Voiture Historien is one who can bring lasting memories to the Voiture and its officers. A lot of effort goes into this position in order to achieve a memorable product. For those that choose to put that effort into the task, there is an avenue, within the 40&8, for recognizing that effort. The History Book, or Scrapbook, Contest.

   Below are the rules, forms and scoring used for this contest. Please download a copy of each and put a nice touch on your memory album. The album must be certified by the Voiture. Bring the album to the Spring Cheminot, where the album selection will be made to submit to Nationale.
